Shipping, Cancellations, & Return Policy

Current processing time is 2-4 days business days after payment is received (not including weekends) (if we don't have it already printed in your set colors) (we do a lot of print on demand items). *I will do my best to get your orders processed and shipped as soon as possible.

Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days after it has been processed. 828 Print Shack doesn't control postal delivery delays once your items have left our facility. 828 Print Shack is not responsible for any shipping delays, mis-deliveries, damages, or packages that get lost in transit.
- We currently only ship with USPS, we will be partnering with others in the future.

Tracking numbers will be provided on ALL shipments.

Shipping time of 2-5 days (via USPS) is IN ADDITION to the processing time (noted above).
- 828 Print Shack is currently shipping to the US only but is in the works of shipping internationally.

Local Pick-Up is AVAILABLE! We are located is in Canton, NC. If you are local (ie: Canton, Waynesville, Sylva, Asheville, Candler or surrounding city/county) and want to save money on shipping, just choose the local pick-up option instead of shipping at 'check out'. We will email you to arrange a 'pick-up' appointment at a location in Canton, NC.
RETURNS/CANCELLATION POLICY:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL once you have placed an order. No REFUNDS will be issued.

Puzzle Tumblers is not able to modify, edit, or add to orders once they have been placed due to the efficiency in which we get our orders filled.

Puzzle Tumblers will NOT accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the item you purchased is defective.

ANY damages that are incurred during shipment (via USPS) is NOT the responsibility of the 828 Print Shack. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance AND a claim must be filed (by YOU, the customer) within 30 days of arrival with USPS. We're more than willing and happy to assist you and to follow up once a claim has been submitted but We cannot open or file a claim on your personal behalf. Reimbursement is directly mailed to the customer from USPS, once the claim is approved. 828 Print Shack does not directly reimburse the customer for items that are damaged during shipment.

If you are missing an item OR receive a defective item in your order, please contact Puzzle Tumblers at 828printshack@gmail.com within 4 days of delivery. Defective item(s) must include: your name, invoice number, a photo(s) of the item, and description of the defective item.

Defective items will be issued a replacement or store credit.

NOTE: Damaged or defective items, which have been customized will not receive a credit or replacement.
